Founded in 2026 by Aron von Stemm, the company combines deep technical expertise with real-world operational insight gained across multiple international cruise lines, vessels, and shipyard projects. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Aron has worked across over 130 countries, supporting complex IT environments in some of the most demanding and high-pressure conditions.
This extensive background includes IT leadership roles in both shipboard and shoreside operations, as well as involvement in newbuild projects, dry docks, and large-scale system deployments. The experience also covers the implementation and customization of enterprise systems such as Oracle Simphony POS, managing mission-critical incidents at sea, and effectively bridging the gap between technical systems and operational business needs.
